- At Silves, the first Arab of the Kindom of the Algarve you will have free time to visit Silves Castle and Silves Cathedral, both built with the red stone characteristic of the area. After that, we will wend our way though the Monchique mountains to Foia, the highest point in the Algarve, with free time to take pictures and an opportunity to taste one of the liquueurs typical of the region. The we descend to a viewing point. where you will have time for lunch ( not included ). We proceed to the amazing Quinta dos Vales ( Vine Estate ), for a guided visit to the vineyards and cellars. Time to taste the excellent locally produced wines and to enjoy the taste of the delicious home-made bread along the finest olive oil. An unique experience.!!!
